Teacher Tube
For you guys who always searching for things to be shown or used as teaching aids, maybe you could search it in Teacher Tube... Instead of using Youtube as your source, maybe we could support what are being created for us..HOpe it might helps!happy TEACHER TUBing!!!
Helping hand
As i am posting for my blog...it had helped me to write in English properly although i had committed a lot of grammatical error through out the blog..i dont care bout it because i wanted to learn...the different between writing on a paper and writing using computer is the computer will automatically check for any mistakes in spelling or word order.. i know my English is very poor but by the help of auto correct function, it changed my perspective of writing in English...
I admit that my English i far behind those fellas whom used English without any difficulty and sometimes i envy them...
but if i keep on writing using computer, i think i will improve because of the helping hand which we did not realize sometimes....Technology do change and help people to lead a better life...if you do not have someone to help you in writing in English, i think the computer will be the most reliable friend to ask a help...
Not to forget, writing in blog and expressing it through your post also helps to improve your English Language..and i found out that the reason why the lecturers ask us to write a blog is because they want use to express, reflex and train our self in writing and build up our self - confidence..im out!
SMARTBOARD
During the whole course..we were exposed to smartboard for the whole session...at first i don't quite like this application because it looks like a complicated "heavy duty machine"...and the first time i saw it i started to a have a bad impression bout it..Oh gosh! what am i going to do with it...nevermind just bare with it...
Then time goes by and i am exposed to it every week...and i found out that actually the smartboard is very useful..a lot of function which makes life easier were build in this simple and sleek tool. one can write while surfing the internet.. the most interesting tool that i found out..and some other features such as designing interactive slide show to be used as teaching aids and etc.
Overall, my perception towards smartboard had changed during the end of the semester and the weakness that i found in smartboard is the calibration tool which need to re- calibrate it everytime you move or change the position of the board..it irritated me... THUMBS UP FOR SMARTBOARD!

CAN YOU BARE WITH IT?
THIS IS WHAT WE WILL ENCOUNTER WHEN WE GO FOR TEACHING.CHILDREN AND TECHNOLOGY CANNOT BE SEPARATED.NEXT GENERATION LEARNING FINALE

In my opinion, today ways of learning are very different compared to ours when we were kids. Learners today are exposed to variety of techno stuffs which will help them to learn better. If we narrow our scope to the context of school, we could see that learning in school are much more easier. the present of lcd, computer, video cam and etc have change the traditional schooling and not it is surprising if we see that students are very advanced in handling those stuffs. With the presents of technology in school, we as a teacher should be able to handle and use those stuffs and applied it in daily teaching. These stuffs should benefit us an help us to deliver more contents to the students. it is time for use to change our teaching style and used more of these stuffs which had been provided in order to create a future generation whom are versatile.
2. how you as a teacher will be learning.
we as a teacher should remember that a lot of training and exercises will help us to master the usage of technological stuffs. we could ask for a help from our colleagues who are more advanced in the usage of technology. i am sure that if we make a close contact with technology, we will be able to master it. some of my friends told me that they are not the techno-savvy types but i want to remind them that does all the techno-savvy kind of people know everything before they become what they are now? Just remember that a lot of practice will help us!enjoy!

at the moment, i am still thinking for the answer...
EVOLUTION
2.53am - starting from the first week, all of my friends are busy with the net..the average try to catch up with the advance and the techno freak helping out the mod..since the course requires us to get to know the tech stuffs, without realizing it we will become more aware on the issues which are related to technology..the past four years living in the IPIK make our brain jammed with traditional way of teaching and presenting.. some of our so called beloved lecturers insisted on using even LCD for teaching..they still messing around with the OHP..UNBELIEVABLE!it is 2008 dude! Time past by and we had left them behind with their "precious"..for all of us we need to make our move, we need to catch up with it either we like it or not...if we are left behind means we will not evolve!grow up kids!

"LEPAS PAKAI TOLONG TARIK TALI" - Does the word can be considered as THUG OF WAR??Even though this look nothing to some of the people including the owner of the place but for me it symbolize our very own culture.
